Every office building is equipped with a grand luxurious lobby and F&B areas for employees to take networking breaks. Informal meeting areas and seating spaces ensures collaboration to bring together the talents of your people and create something innovative.

• Sustainability

Saving the environment while bringing forth innovation

Sustainable office spaces are an outcome of Lodha group’s design philosophy which emphasizes on increasing the efficiency of resources used — energy, water, and materials — while reducing the impact on human health and the environment.
All Lodha offices have LEED green building certification that guarantees not only great quality in the building, but  also ensures eco friendliness and resource efficiency.
Solar panels, wastewater recycling, electric car charging facilities, etc. are some of the ways deployed by Lodha offices to reduce carbon footprint. These practices not only save the environment but save your operational costs as well.

• Employee well-being

A happy workforce is a productive workforce

Employee well-being is a key issue that companies are striving to address to ensure that their employees remain happy and motivated at work. After all, a happy workforce is a productive workforce.
Lodha spaces support both physical and mental wellbeing through office design.
Amenities like crèche, gymnasium, F&B hub, green walkways and easy access to public transport through shuttle services support both physical and mental well-being of the employees; thus having a  cumulative effect on staff productivity and, in turn, your bottom line.
