Lodha announces partial redemption of notes

Lodha International has announced the redemption of notes of principal amount US$ 170,000,000 at a redemption price of 100.25 percent of the principal amount of the Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon upto (but not including) March 12, 2022 on March 12, 2022 (“Redemption Date”).
The company has announced that the company has redeemed notes of principal amount US$ 170,000,000 (“Redeemed Notes”). The redeemed Notes shall be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The balanced notes of US$ 55,000,000 continue to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
