When planning to buy a home, one of the important factors that determine the cost is the area of your home that you plan to buy. In reference to that there are several terminologies that you come across and get confusing. These include terms like carpet area, built-up area, super built-up area. It’s important to note that as per RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) 2016, only carpet area defined under RERA needs to be considered.
