Our Campus Programs
The Sales Integration Program at Lodha was launched in the year 2010, with an objective to integrate fresh MBA graduates to the Lodha Sales function. An exclusive three week induction and on-boarding program is laid out to equip them with the necessary skills required to maximize the quality of their experience at Lodha. It is a blend of technical, functional & soft skills training. This program infuses fresh talent into sales team year on year, and helps in building a strong talent pool in the sales vertical at Lodha.
Lodha has been a unique place to work at since day 0, with seniors who are always there to guide and a work culture that makes one feel motivated each day. It is an immensely satisfying experience to contribute an honest day’s work. Being recognized and rewarded for this especially boosts my morale and confidence.

Graduate Engineer Trainee program has been instrumental in strengthening the talent pool in construction management and allied domains in Lodha. Our group mentorship program helps the Graduate Engineer Trainees to get directional support in their career advancement and in getting accustomed to the culture of the organization. An annual GET Confluence is conducted to ensure that the GET fraternity in Lodha is further strengthened. Our high-performing GETs are included in top talent development journeys and groomed for future leadership roles in the organization.
After four months of a fruitful training program, I got placed in the MEP team at the Corporate Office where I got opportunities to work across various residential and commercial developments at early stages. My journey here started with working under experienced seniors and headed towards handling the projects independently.

Soar for More is an initiative to foster innovation through inspiring solutions to challenges that the real estate industry encounters on a regular basis. It is primarily an opportunity for the cream of the crop from premier management institutes in India to inspire and ideate through business concepts.
The case is centered on a functional challenge that the participants need to provide innovative solutions to, while keeping a pragmatic outlook of the same. The winning teams receive a PPI for the prestigious Lodha Global Management Program.
The 2022 Soar for More Case Study Challenge was won by IIM Ahmedabad. The two runners-up were teams from IIM Bangalore and IIM Lucknow.
ISB Study Trek
Students of the ISB's Real Estate club visit our organization every year and interact with the business and function heads at the Corporate office. A visit to one of our sites is also organized wherein they learn much more in detail about our projects from the Project Directors and other site professionals
Prior to the students coming onboard with us, we organize get early connect sessions at our Corporate office to facilitate an interaction with the leaders and ensure a smoother assimilation into the organization
